  • The annual Longo/Spoto Memorial Super Bowl Tournament was held on February 5 at Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon.  $400 was raised for the Yucaipa High School Boys and Girls Golf Teams.  Thank you for all the players that participated.

  • Calimesa Country Club Manager Beverly "Bev" Calrson passed away on February 8. The Men's Club had a great working relationship with Bev.  She was always very accommodating and made all Members feel welcome at Calimesa Country Club. She will be missed.  Services for Bev TBA.

  • Larry Karr and Gary Sutt took first place of the two-man best ball tournament played on January 29.  Maybe not in and of itself newsletter worthy.  However, Larry shooting 77 on his own ball is.  Larry shot his age.  Congratulations Larry!

  • The first Men's Club tournament at Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon will be held on Sunday, February 19.  The format is an individual low gross/low net played from the white tees.  Green fees are $40 which includes cart and range balls.  The tournament entry fee and optional skins is $20.  Please contract Tournament Chairman, Doug Owens (909-649-1963 / ddowens929@aol.com).  Collard shirts are required and no denim.

  • Members that didn't renew their membership before December 31, 2016 were removed from the active roster.  Members can be reinstated anytime by mailing dues to the Club Secretary, Glenn Young, remitting dues to Glenn on a tournament day or can be paid online.  Please do not remit your membership dues to an employee of Calimesa Country Club.  Doing so may create a significant delay in processing a membership application.  A discount of $3 will be offered to all Members that renew their membership online.  To renew online, click here and enter the promo code "ONLINE" at checkout to receive a discount.

  • The annual Spoto/Ebert Tournament is set to be played the first weekend of June in Mesquite, NV.  Click here for the trip details and to download a flyer.
