There was also great feedback and input from Members that will be implemented in 2025.
The Membership voted on and unanimously elected the 2025 Board of Directors as follows:

Secretary - Glenn Young
Tournament Chairman - Doug Owens
Handicap Chairman - Doug Solano

A big thank you to Steve Toms who served as the Greens Chairman for the last four years. His participation and contributions to this Club are greatly appreciated. He will continue to be an active Member that will always provide feedback and insights to help improve our Club.

Just a reminder for those Members who have memberships with other clubs, the SCGA offers a rebate program so that a portion of the $41 fee that goes to the SCGA with every club's membership fee is returned to the Member with multiple memberships. Starting in 2025, gift cards will no longer be issued for tournament payouts. The Calimesa Men's Golf Club Tournament Scrip Ledger will be retained to track points earned in accordance with the Club's Tournament Payout Schedule. Points earned each tournament will become a scrip balance that Members can use to pay for tournament entry fees and green fees. Members must have a scrip balance to cover the tournament entry fee and/or green fee. No partial use of scrip will be allowed. The Calimesa Men's Golf Club Tournament Scrip Ledger will be updated after every tournament to reflect an current balance of points earned and scrip used. The Calimesa Men's Golf Club Tournament Scrip Ledger will be posted on the Club's Google Drive. The "Summary" worksheet shows each Member's current balance as of the date shown at the top of the report. The "Detail" worksheet shows each Member's points earned and scrip used. If you have any questions, please contact a Board Member.
Just a reminder that checking in for a tournament must be performed no later than 30 minutes before the shotgun start. If the shotgun start is at 8:30 am, the latest a Member can check in is 8:00 am. This will give the Tournament Chairman, Doug Owens, time to finalize the registered players, pairings, holes assignments, and any changes that need to be made. Doug has the most difficult job in our Club and he does it out of the kindness of his heart. Please show up early to check in to make his job a little bit easier.
